All this work shown below are all ways of work i could use when producing my own work. These artists all shows work with the human figure which links in with my work well and i could realet to them if i needed to. I am planning on making work simular to Frances goddard but out of other materials.

'Sculpting is a very personal and tactile experience. To me it is a miracle that you can take a lump of clay and make it live. I love the fact that my work brings out different emotions and perceptions within people' Frances Goddard

Frances Goddard is producing powerful and thought provoking pieces celebrating aspects of the emotional and spiritual journey of our lives.

Eleanor Hardwick
Born Oxfordshire England 1993
Eleanor Hardwick became interested in photography at the age of twelve when she began to take photos of collectable Japanese fashion dolls, leading the hobby to progress into a passion for portraiture and fashion. Eleanor is currently studying for her A-levels whilst also working as a Freelance Photographer.

Eleanor's work embodies the idea of daydreaming the banality and routine of daily life into something more mystical, playful and beautiful; it is a reflection of a world where surrealism meets realism. Her photographs convey a juxtaposition between being lost in the world's perplexity, whilst finding beauty in all things, where a soft and whimsical romanticism meets wistfulness and yearning.
***STOP PRESS, MAY 2010 ***
Eleanor Hardwick's career in fashion photography goes from strength to strength. The sixteen-year old has two full-page photographs of Diana Vickers in the May issue of Harper's Bazaar and she appears on the contributors page with a short bio.

Also a photo feature about Eleanor is in the May edition of Vogue which you can see online on Vogue TV

PAUL WRIGHT MASTERPIECE 2012

The traditional meaning of the word ‘masterpiece’ is a work considered an artist's best or most representative and this new collection by Paul Wright richly deserves the title.
Paul Wright has exhibited at Modern Artists Gallery, Berkshire since the early stages of his career, and enjoyed his first solo show at the gallery in 2006. The show prompted his successful entry to the BP National Portrait Award and his career has snowballed at an astonishing rate since. Critical affirmation of this young artists’ work has come not just via the National Portrait Award but also inclusion among the hallowed walls of the Royal Society of Portrait Painters, London’s Discerning Eye exhibition and a recent stint as Artist in Residence at Texas University. Modern Artists Gallery 2012
Paul Wright has emerged as an accomplished and immensely talented artist; a defiant standard-bearer for the qualities of technique, craftsmanship, colour and texture in painting. Although he is clearly influenced by the best traditions of fine art, his approach is individual, contemporary and powerful. Darryl McCarthy
